How to Pay
Paying by check
When you pay by check, you allow the court to either:
-
Use the check information to make a one-time electronic withdrawal from your bank account, or
-
Process the payment as a regular check.
If the court uses an electronic withdrawal, the money may come out of your account the same day. You will not get the check back from your bank.
Cash payments are not accepted
The court does not accept cash payments for any reason. If you send cash by mail, it will be returned to you at your own risk.
