The court uses a computer system to post decisions to its website as soon as they are filed. Most decisions are posted between 10:00am-1:00pm Pacific Time, though some may appear at other times.

You can get free access to new decisions in two ways:

• Subscribe to our RSS feed

• Read them here on the court website

You can also see decisions through PACER. If you want to use PACER, you'll need to:

• Create a paid account

• Sign up as a "non-party user" to get emails when new decisions come out
