Electronic Document Submission System

If you are representing yourself, you can file documents using EDSS. To send documents this way, you need internet access and an email address.

Use the form below to submit your case document. Court staff will check your document to make sure it follows the rules, just like they do with documents sent by mail or in person.

If there’s a problem and your document can’t be filed, the Court will send you an email explaining why and how you can fix it.
