The Ninth Circuit BAP Seeks Comments on Proposed Changes to Its Rules

The Ninth Circuit BAP seeks comments on proposed changes to its local rules. The proposed changes eliminate the rule for fax filing and simplify the rules for filing appendices. Under the change, appendices would no longer need to be divided by tabs and volumes, and electronic documents would no longer need to be uploaded as separate .pdfs. Instead, each appendix must be continuously paginated, and the table of contents must refer to each document by page number.
